Second Look CRE (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides an informational website that helps commercial real estate borrowers, brokers, and referral partners request a qualification review of a CRE financing scenario. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This site is a marketing platform. Submitting the form is not a loan application and does not create a lending relationship.

• Contact details you provide on the qualification form: name, email, phone, and best time to reach you.
• Deal parameters you provide: property type, location (state and city), loan amount range, loan purpose, timeline, occupancy, value-add status, US residency and US entity status for program matching, and an optional free-text deal description.
• How you found us: optional referral source (Google, LinkedIn, referral, other).
• Limited technical data: IP address, device type, and pages visited via our analytics provider (PostHog/Plausible-style, privacy-first).

We do not collect Social Security numbers, tax returns, credit scores, bank statements, or other loan application data through this site.

• To review and respond to your financing inquiry.
• To contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry if you provided consent.
• To improve the website and understand which pages are useful.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. Submitted inquiries are shared with the lending professional assigned to review your scenario and with vendors who help us operate this site (for example, our email delivery provider and analytics provider), all under confidentiality obligations.

When you submit the qualification form, you consent to be contacted by Second Look CRE and its lending professionals by phone, email, and text message about your commercial real estate financing inquiry. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or emailing hello@secondlookcre.com. Message and data rates may apply.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of that information, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We retain submission data for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit (TLS) and at rest.

This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
